Josh Quinn
Bass baritone
New England Finalist 2014

Bass-Baritone Josh Quinn is currently a Graduate Diploma candidate at the New England Conservatory, studying with Luretta Bybee. In the past, Quinn took the stage as Danilo (The Merry Widow) with the Janiec Opera Company, as well as Eisenstein (Die
Fledermaus
), Publio (La Clemenza di Tito), and Papageno (Die Zauberflöte) with the New England Conservatory. In 2014 he can be seen as Dr. Falke (Die Fledermaus), and Seneca (L’incoronazione di Poppea) with the New England Conservatory.


In the summer of 2014, Quinn will make his debut with the Opera Theatre of St. Louis as a Gerdine Young Artist singing the role of the 2nd Commissioner and covering Marquis de la Force in Poulenc’s Dialogues of the Carmelites. In February, he will be the baritone soloist in Orff’s Carmina Burana with the Norway Pond Festival singers, and in April will sing as soloist in Brahms’ Requiem with
the New Haven Symphony
